Software development company in Rizal, Palawan, Philippines Built on an island. Made to run anywhere.
We are a software development company from Rizal, Palawan. We design and engineer websites, mobile apps and systems for businesses and local governments across Palawan and the Philippines — built for long distances, patchy signal and years of daily use.
Why an island
Distance taught us how to build.
Building software in Palawan means designing for distance. Towns are hours apart. Signal comes and goes. The people using a system might be at a desk, behind a counter, or out on a route with no bars at all.
So we build for that: apps that work offline and sync later, pages that load on slow connections, and interfaces simple enough to learn in an afternoon.
Software that works here works anywhere.
Palawan
Known for its beaches.
Home to builders.
The world comes to Palawan for its islands and lagoons. But there is more here than scenery: software developers, engineers, designers and students teaching themselves to code — Palawan tech talent that can build for anyone, anywhere, without leaving home.
● Each light is a reminder: the talent is already here.
Every system we ship from Rizal is a small piece of proof.
What we believe
Four currents we follow.
01 · Works offline
Low tide
Signal comes and goes. Our software keeps working, then syncs when the connection returns.
02 · Built to last
Bedrock
Clean, modern code the next developer can read — and systems that keep running for years.
03 · Simple to use
Clear water
If it needs a thick manual, we are not done. Staff should feel at home on day one.
04 · We stay
Harbor
Launch is the start, not the end. We are there for fixes, questions and the next improvement.
Software development services
Seven crafts, one standard.
Web development, mobile apps, desktop software, POS systems, custom web applications, branding and cloud servers — designed, built and looked after in Palawan by the same people, to the same standard.

Websites
From a single page to a full company site your team can update themselves. Designed for phones first, tuned for search, and quick to load on slow connections.

Mobile Apps
One codebase, both platforms. Built offline-first, so the app keeps working on a boat, up a mountain road or anywhere the signal fades — and syncs when it comes back.

Our flagship product
POSEIDON
Water billing and utility management system for local government waterworks in the Philippines — from the meter in the field to the official receipt at the counter.

Desktop — collections, receivables and pending work at a glance.
Resident app — usage, bills and payment history on any phone.

A day with POSEIDON
- 06:00
Out on the route
Meter readers head out with the Android app. No signal needed — readings and GPS locations are saved offline.
- 06:30
A bill at the door
Bills print on the spot through a Bluetooth printer, with tiered tariffs and phased rate changes already applied.
- 10:00
A leak, reported
A resident checks their balance on the app — in English or Filipino — and reports a leak down the street.
- 11:00
Find the valve
The team opens the offline GIS map of accounts, pipes, stand pipes and valves, and goes straight to the right one.
- 14:00
Paid, two ways
Payments come in at the counter with official receipts, and ECPay payments are imported automatically.
- 17:00
Close of day
Collections reconcile and the daily and monthly reports are ready before the office closes.
- 21:00
Planning for tomorrow
Demand forecasts, non-revenue water tracking and incident records are up to date — and backups run on their own.

How we work
Every project is a voyage.
01
Chart
We start by spending time with the people who will use the system, mapping how work really flows before we write a line of code.
02
Build
Short iterations with working software in your hands early, shaped by real feedback rather than guesses.
03
Launch
We deploy, move your data across and launch alongside your team so day one feels familiar.
04
Harbor
After launch we keep watch: maintenance, fixes, questions and the next round of improvements.
The people
Batchmates who never stopped believing in Palawan.
Vivito was started by college batchmates. Long before the company, we shared a conviction: Palawan has the talent to build world-class software, and Palaweño students deserve the materials and guidance to get there.
During our internship, that conviction became PalGeeks (Palaweño Geeks) — our first attempt to light the way for student developers on the island. Today it lives on in Vivito, and the fire is very much alive.
From our notebook
The fire was always there.
The story of PalGeeks, and why we still believe in Palaweño developers.

Questions
Before you ask.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. Tell us what you need and we will send a clear proposal covering scope, timeline and cost.
How long does it take?
A website can take weeks; a full system takes months. You get a timeline before we start, and you see working software early rather than all at once at the end.
Do you only work with clients in Palawan?
No. We are based in Rizal, Palawan, and we work with clients wherever they are.
Will it work without internet?
Where it matters, yes. We design for patchy signal — POSEIDON’s meter reader app, for example, works fully offline and syncs later.
What happens after launch?
We stay. Maintenance, fixes, questions and improvements — and for servers we set up, monitoring and backups.
